VIRGINIA CARES RESOLUTION

Be it resolved that the __________________________________ does endorse the

work of the Virginia Consortium for Adequate Resources for Education (Virginia CAREs) in its position paper on funding for the Standards of Quality, and does call upon the Virginia General Assembly to review and ultimately revise the Standards of Quality funding formula to identify and reflect the actual prevailing best practices across the state necessary to ensure the continued improvement of Virginia’s public education system.
