The Bennett Bear Shop (BBS) is a school supply store, which is operated by the PTO to assist Bennett students with maintaining their school supplies during the school year. The hours of operation for the BBS are from 9:00 – 9:10 on Tuesday (for 1st and 2nd grade) and Thursday mornings (for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade). The BBS is located in front of the cafeteria. Parents may, but are not required, to be present for students to make purchases. The BBS is also open during Back-to-School Night, the Fall Harvest party, and the Spring Fair. All items sold by the BBS are reasonably priced, and with the exception of school agendas and science boards, items range in price from $.35 to $1.50. Some of the school supplies for sale at the BBS include pencils, pens, erasers, highlighters, crayons, folders, loose-leaf paper, multi-colored pens, flash cards, wallets, colored pencils, pencil grips, autograph books, magnets, “notes to school” pads, science boards and school agendas. General questions concerning the BBS should be directed to the PTO. |
