Accelerated Reader
The Accelerated Reader program is produced by Renaissance Learning. First students, check out an Accelerated Reader book which are specially marked. Then after reading the book, students take a short quiz on the computer to determine how well they have understood and remembered what they read. Students receive points depending on how many questions they have answered correctly. The AR program can provide students (and teachers) with information on how well students are comprehending what they are reading.
One of our panthers, Run, has taken a journey across the United States. The more Accelerated Reader books we read, the faster he will return to Bristow Run. Keep reading those books!!!
