Basic Horticulture is a one-year, single-period course. Basic Horticulture includes turf grass production, landscaping and maintaining home grounds, use of pesticides, fruit tree production, career opportunities in horticulture, and supervised occupational experience programs.

Nursery and Landscape Management emphasizes landscape installation, maintenance, and management. The course focus is on landscape design, site preparation, construction, and maintenance. Additional course work will cover important topics such as nursery management, business operations, and leadership development.

Horticulture Operations is a one-year occupational preparation course offered at the twelfth grade level. Units of instruction include growing greenhouse crops; producing and maintaining nursery crops; establishing, maintaining, and designing landscape planting; establishing and maintaining turf grass; flower shop and garden center operations.
