What do families need to bring to the Center?
The following items are required before the student will be registered and tested:
- Student's Birth certificate (original or certified copy)
- Proofs of address within Prince William County
One of the following:
- Deed
- Mortgage Settlement Form
- Lease Agreement
- PLUS, two additional proofs; for example:
- Utility bill
- Car registration
- bank statement
- Immunization records (including proof of TB Test)

Record of physical exam if your child is elementary school age
- Proof of child custody if parent is not registering the child
The following documents are not required, but will be useful to bring if you have them:
- Social Security Number, if any
- Withdrawal papers from former school, with withdrawal date and grades
- If high school level, academic transcripts of high school years completed or in progress (9th grade and up)
What do parents need to do before coming to the Center?
- Families may make an appointment either through the school or by calling the Center at 703.791.2727 or 703.491.8432.
