Career and technical education partners recognized at state banquet

Maria Paslick and staff of SAI Engineering were recognized for helping build multiple CTE opportunities Division-wide.Three PWCS school-business partnerships have been recognized by the Virginia Department of Education for promoting excellence in career and technical education (CTE). Maria Paslick and staff of SAI Engineering who helped build multiple CTE opportunities Division-wide; the team of business partners that worked with Battlefield High School’s Information Technology department; and employees from Hair Cuttery and Ratnerco Corporation who worked with Woodbridge High School’s cosmetology students were all celebrated at the Virginia Career and Technical Education “Creating Excellence” awards program in Richmond for their innovative partnership programs.
