Kindergarten Field Trip - Farm

Field Day

Field Day has been rescheduled to May 16. Students should wear sneakers and dress appropriately for outdoor activities. Please send sunscreen for your child. 

We are in need of volunteers! Please call the school office if you can help.

Grade 2 Field Trip

The second graders are going to a Zoofari Wagon Ride On May 15. They will see zebras, antelopes, camels, ostriches, buffalos, and more. Afterward, they can feed animals at the petting zoo.

Lost & Found

Many items of clothing are sitting in out Lost & Found box. Please ask your child to look for missing items. Parents may come to school to look for missing items. Be sure to bring your picture ID with you when you come to school.

At the end of the year, we give unclaimed items to charity.

Grade 4 Field Trip

The fourth graders are going to the Historical Society in Richmond. This museum provides a wonderful review of the curriculum prior to the SOL. It will take the students through Virginia history starting with the settlement of Jamestown.

After leaving the museum, they will visit Maymont Park. This nature park familiarizes students with the vegetation and animals that are native to the state.

Chaperones should refrain from using cell phones while supervising children.
