The Tdap vaccine was made
mandatory for entrance into 6th
grade in the fall of 2006. In order for
your child to begin 6th grade, it
must be documented that he/she
has been given the new Tdap
vaccine.
Have your child immunized as soon
as possible and take the
documentation to your Middle
School. This action will eliminate
any problems with your child
beginning 6th grade at the proper
time.
