Question:
How do we borrow a video projector for use at our school or school-related event? Answer:
Media Production Services does loan out equipment such as video projectors and video cameras. Please contact Richard Shahan with your request. If the equipment is available on the day you need it, you will be required to fill-out and sign an Equipment Loan Form when you pick up equipment at our office. We are located in the Independent Hill Complex, Building 3, Top Floor. Please return equipment to the same location. |

How do I find out what is airing on PWCS-TV? Answer: You can find daily and weekly schedules as well as descriptions of school division original programming and other programming airing on PWCS-TV by visiting the station's web site at www.pwcstv.com |
Question:
Our school is having a special ceremony or event that we would like to have videotaped. How do we schedule
a taping?
Answer:
Photography and videography of school events is done on a limited basis when staff is available. Please contact Richard Shahan with your request.. Please remember that we have limited staff so videotaping or photographing all concerts, special events, guest speakers, ect. is not possible. Please be aware that videography services are provided at a cost. These costs are figured on a per request basis. |
Question:
I need copies of a DVD, videotape or audiotape. How do I go about getting them made? Answer:
Media Production Services will duplicate videotapes/audiotapes and DVDs for a small fee, click here to fill out the Duplication Request Form . Please remember that we cannot duplicate copyrighted materials unless you have written permission from the production company. Fill out form and send with Master Tape by courier to Melissa Payne, Media Services. Your tapes will be sent back to you via courier and an invoice will sent to the school bookkeeper or the person requesting the duplication. You may pay by check or journal voucher. |
