Media Production Services will duplicate videotapes/audiotapes and DVDs for a small fee.  Please remember that we cannot duplicate copyrighted materials unless you have written permission from the production company.  

• Audiotapes can be duplicated at the cost of $3.00 per copy. 
• Videotapes and DVDs can be duplicated to VHS or DVD at the cost of $5.00 per copy.  
• Formats that we can copy from and to are VHS, S-VHS, MiniDV/DV, Umatic (3/4"), and Betacam. Please email for prices on formats other than VHS and DVD.

Print out form, fill out form completely and send with your master tape/DVD to:
Melissa Payne-Media Services.

Your copies will be sent back to you via courier and an invoice will sent to the school bookkeeper or the person requesting the duplication.  You may pay by check or journal voucher.
