ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS & EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Battlefield has an active athletics program.

Battlefield's committed teachers regularly provide after-school enrichment and remediation. Formal groups ranging from professional organizations (such as DECA and FBLA) and honor societies (such as the National Honor Society and the music honor society, Tri-M) to impromptu teacher-student work sessions regularly provide support, scaffolding, and additional content for students.

From business groups to community service programs, Battlefield High School offers a rich tapestry of opportunities to get involved in something great. Bobcat Athletics provide a full range of competitive sporting activities; the fine arts programs afford outstanding music, art, and drama performance and participation experiences; and the Robotics program is a nationally competitive technology team that brings home top titles again and again.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENT & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTO), the Principal's Advisory Committee, and numerous other open doors provide community members with the opportunity to integrally support and promote learning in northwestern Prince William County.
