Bull Run Middle School opened to students in the Fall of 2002 and was named after the Bull Run Mountains, which are a significant geological feature in Northern and Western Prince William County. |

| ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS & EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES | |
Bull Run Middle School provides a variety of during and after-school activities that help students find new ways to achieve academically, including the Math Counts, Spanish, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and Homework Clubs. Bull Run Middle also has opportunities for students to participate in weekly help sessions after school. Other extracurricular activities include interscholastic boys and girls sports and a variety of after-school social clubs and programs.

Bull Run Middle is the second-largest middle school in Prince William County. The student body is composed of individuals from 33 different nations, with a large majority of students performing at a high academic and extracurricular level. The school has also embraced a unique schoolwide achievement program called SOAR, which focuses on success, organization, attitude, and respect. This is just one aspect that has helped Bull Run Middle School achieve its "School of Excellence" status for the past three years. |
