INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES HELP DESK

 

The Information Technology Services Help Desk serves as a second line of support for the department or school TSSPEC (Technical Support Specialist). All problems involving computer hardware or software that can not be solved by the TSSPEC should be directed to the Help Desk.

 

help button The Help Desk is staffed Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm when schools are in session and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm when schools are not in session.  The school TSSPEC may call 703-791-8826 during those hours of operation or send a GroupWise E-mail to HelpDesk.
