Important dates and deadlines for the 2025 Prince William-Manassas Regional Science and Engineering Fair (PWMRSEF):
- Sunday, October 13, 2024 - Affiliate Agreement Submission (non-PWCS)
- Monday, October 14, 2024 - School Coordinators Handbook Release
- Monday, January 13, 2025 - Participant Handbook Release
- Friday, February 21, 2025 - Registration/Project Submission in zFairs
- Per PWCS Regulation 790-3, parental consent is required for any PWCS student to create an account in zFairs.
- Thursday, March 6-13, 2025 - Virtual Fair Judging
- Thursday, March 14, 2025 - Notification of Finalists
- Friday, March 21, 2025 - Project Set Up at Kelly Leadership Center (KLC)
- Saturday, March 22, 2025- In-Person Fair Judging at KLC and Awards Ceremonies
- Thursday, March 27, 2025 - Results Posted to Website
On March 22, 2025, the public is invited to view the top six student projects in each category before judging from 8-9 a.m. and to attend the award ceremonies for the Middle Division at 4 p.m. and for the Senior Division at 5:15 p.m.
