Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) provides a basis for understanding how Prince William County educators can work systematically to ensure equitable access and opportunity for all students to achieve academic, social emotional and behavioral growth and success. MTSS includes Response to Instruction and Intervention (RTI2) as well as additional, distinct philosophies and concepts.
