Monday, April 1, 2019 – SAVE THE DATE

Battlefield High School’s Philharmonia will perform at Carnegie Hall. That’s right -Carnegie Hall. The ensemble, under the direction of Zach Saunders, was selected for this honor based on the members’ stellar performance at the Virginia Music Educators Association (VMEA) State Conference in the fall of 2017. The Philharmonia celebrates 14 years of on-stage superior ratings at district assessment, earning this honor each and every time since the program's inception in 2004. We will follow these talented musicians as they prepare for this momentous performance.
