Jack Dumoulin with his first place medal at MS Office Championships

Using Excel spreadsheets to track his baseball statistics led to an interest in mastering Excel for Jack Dumoulin. A rising senior in the IT program at Forest Park High School, Dumoulin is the National Champion for Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and is competing at the World competition from July 30 – August 2 in Anaheim, CA. Dumoulin has received Microsoft Certifications for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. He qualified to compete at the national competition when he scored 962 out of 1000 on the test – which was the highest score in the entire state of Virginia.

Dumoulin competed against 124 other competitors from across the United States at the National Competition and is going to be competing at the World Competition in Anaheim, CA on July 30 – August 2, 2017.  Dumoulin credits his achievement in part with some of his teachers that have assisted him on his journey.
