Office of Student Learning Seeks 2020 Language Arts Textbook Adoption Committee Members

The Office of Student Learning is currently seeking English Language Arts Textbook Adoption Committee members. Any county resident who is interested in serving on the committee may apply now

Committee meetings will be held from June through December 2020. These meetings may be scheduled virtually to accommodate Covid-19 guidelines. The application deadline is May 22.

Welcome to the English Language Arts

The Prince William County Public Schools English Language Arts program promotes the development of a continuum of literacy skills and strategies for students in kindergarten through grade twelve. This continuum includes processes critical to reading, writing, speaking, listening, information management, and the use of technology.
