To file a complaint of discrimination or harassment not involving a protected category, you may complete the complaint form associated with Regulation 561-5 "Complaints Against Employees Other than Discrimination or Grievances." The complaint should be filed immediately following the event giving rise to the event but no later than 90 days after. Once completed, the form should be forwarded to:
